Lotus 903
Lotus 903 is a triple A complex located at the beginning of Asa Sul, in a central and noble region. Furthermore, the proximity of the Park offers an excellent quality of life to users.
One of the great advantages of the Lotus 903 is urban mobility, with easy access just a few meters from the main public transport and being strategically located next to the avenue that surrounds the Sarah Kubitschek City Park, as well as the sidewalks intended for physical activities in the park.
The project will soon be the new headquarters of ApexBrasil, the Brazilian export and investment promotion agency.

The building meets all requirements for LEED Platinum certification and the PBE Edifica Level “A” Label — certifications that recognize sustainable, high-energy-performance design and construction. LEED certification establishes guidelines for the entire lifespan of the project, from project conception to user quality and well-being.
