Lotus Delivers More Than 500 Christmas Baskets to Headquarters and Construction Site Employees

As part of its people appreciation initiatives and efforts to strengthen organizational culture, Lotus distributed more than 500 Christmas baskets to employees at its administrative headquarters and construction site production teams. The initiative reinforces the company’s commitment to care, recognition, and close relationships with those who contribute daily to building Lotus’s journey.

The baskets were personally delivered by Lotus co-CEO Ruy Hernandez, in a symbolic gesture that highlights the direct relationship between leadership and teams, as well as the importance of each employee to the company’s growth and results.

“More than a Christmas basket, this delivery represents our sincere gratitude to every person who is part of Lotus. It is our employees who turn projects into reality and build, together with us, the company’s legacy,” said Hernandez.

The initiative was coordinated by the Lotus Institute, the company’s social arm, which carries out initiatives focused on well-being, integration, and human development.

“These moments reinforce who we are as a company: human, close, and attentive to people. Christmas is an opportunity to recognize collective effort and strengthen the bonds that sustain our culture,” said Gabriela Viana, head of the Lotus Institute.

The basket distribution is part of Lotus’s year-end initiatives, reaffirming the company’s commitment to a respectful, welcoming work environment aligned with the values of care, excellence, and social responsibility.
