Founded in 2018, Lotus was born with the conviction that building goes beyond erecting structures, it is about creating experiences with identity. A new generation company: conscious, that integrates past and present with a vision of the future. Authorship is at the heart of each project with its own aesthetic, coherence and kindness to the surroundings. Sustainability is a pillar, not an adornment: we apply bioclimatic, biophilic solutions, ecological materials and energy efficiency practices at every stage, from foundation to finishing. Lotus combines construction quality with rigorous management and the intelligent use of technology, ensuring precision, performance and durability in each project.

About the founders
Luiz Felipe and Ruy Hernandez were born in Brasília and grew up inspired by the city’s architecture. With an entrepreneurial spirit and innovative mindset, they found in the real estate market the way to build not only projects, but also a story with purpose. Moving forward with ambition, courage to take risks and management present at each stage of the process. Management is guided by respect, kindness and horizontal relationships. These principles are not just words: they are lived on a daily basis, at all levels of the company. They chose to follow a different path, building a solid and human culture.
