Lotus was founded in 2018, and in a short time conquered its space, generating trends, changing the market and establishing itself as one of the most innovative construction companies in the real estate sector.

Lotus act on the front line of construction, incorporation, management and properties sales -on residential and commercial properties in Brasília - and it has as a differential the delivery of residential and commercial buildings with exclusive architecture, construction quality, technology and sustainabilit.

Em 2021, concluímos a operação de venda do empreendimento Lotus Corporate ao Banco Mundial. Trata-se de um prédio comercial com mais de 9.805m² de área construída, totalmente personalizado de acordo com as necessidades de layout e segurança da instituição. Em 2023, alugamos o empreendimento Lotus Prime para a Sede da Delegação da União Europeia no Brasil.

Atualmente, o empreendimento Lotus Tower está em obras, com mais de 170.000 m² de construção, sendo uma das maiores obras privadas em andamento na América Latina. A edificação tem requisitos para as certificações Leed Gold, Procel Nível “A”, além da certificação Fitwel. Com uma laje de mais de 5.000 m², a edificação possui a segunda maior laje corporativa do Brasil.
