In June, we celebrated a special milestone: the 7th anniversary of Lotus. And, as every good story deserves to be celebrated with joy and affection, we gathered our entire team for a true arraiá at Espaço Cordel, in Brasília.
Over 430 employees — including field professionals, administrative staff, and management — joined the party, which was designed to bring everyone together and strengthen the bonds that unite us.
With themed decorations and a festive atmosphere, the celebration featured traditional food stalls, an open bar, a square dance performance, a DJ, and a lively forró band. The presence of three performing artists from Glow Produções helped create an even more engaging atmosphere.
But the highlight was the spotlight on our own team: a field employee and an engineer surprised everyone by taking the stage and singing along with the band. Moments like this reveal talents that go beyond the daily routine — and show how each individual plays a unique and special role in this story.
The party also featured the presence of singer Miguel Santos, who delivered an energetic and captivating set, keeping everyone dancing until the end of the night. More than just a celebration, the event was a reminder of what makes us different: the collective spirit, teamwork, and the pride of building something greater together.
We move forward with the certainty that the next chapters of our story will be even more remarkable.
