Where there was a problem, we created a solution
The area around SAUN has long been known for its high demand for parking and the difficulty of finding a space. For those who work in the neighborhood, this challenge was part of the daily routine.
One of our purposes is to make a positive impact on the surroundings of our developments. That is why we are delivering a new public parking lot to the city, open to everyone and designed to give back time and peace of mind to those who pass through the area each day.
The lot offers 139 car spaces, 12 motorcycle spaces, and 10 priority spaces, distributed to meet different needs and ensure accessibility for all.

For us, sustainability goes beyond what is measured in certifications. It is also found in people’s everyday well-being, in the way a city welcomes those who work, move through, and live in it. Where there was a problem, we chose to build a solution, and to share it with everyone.
