Lotus Prime is a triple-A corporate building with Lotus signature, with LEED Gold certifications and PBE Edifica Label. These certifications are recognized for promoting the design and construction of sustainable buildings with high energy performance.
The building is composed of a mixed steel and concrete structure, with metal, porcelain and granite coverings. The predominant tone is lead gray, which reveals solidity, stability and sobriety. Prioritizes the use of translucent glass that provides transparency and comfort.
