Lago Sul will gain a project that combines technology, sustainability and comfort

Lotus Prime will bring a new concept of commercial building to the neighborhood

QL 8 in Lago Sul will be the address of a new development with the latest in architecture, technology and sustainability. Lotus Prime will have 4,400 square meters of built area and two commercial floors. The building will be delivered in 2022.

The development by the construction company Lotus will bring to Lago Sul features that are already a trademark of the company.

“In addition to the privileged location, next to Ponte das Garças, the embassies and consulates of over 100 countries and Brasília International Airport, those who choose to take their business to Lotus Prime will be in a building with an original, modern design and with sustainability certifications that are indispensable features”, explains one of the owners of Lotus, Ruy Hernandez.

Sustainability

Developed by the Lotus architecture team and in partnership with the Crosara Arquitetura firm, Lotus Prime is a project that meets all the requirements for LEED certification and the PBE Edifica Label (Procel seal), which are international certifications aimed at the design and construction of sustainable buildings with high energy performance.

“LEED certification defines guidelines for the entire lifespan of the project, from the design conception to the quality and well-being of the user, and is a differential for Lotus,” adds Luiz Felipe Hernandez, also the owner of the construction company.

In addition to increasing the value of the property, the certification also brings savings. There is a reduction in internal and external water consumption, with the use of a gray water reuse system and the use of native species in the landscaping project and the rainwater harvesting system.

The entire air conditioning and mechanical ventilation system of the project complies with Brazilian and American standards to provide better air quality and comfort for office users.
The roof of Lotus Prime also has a thermal insulation layer to provide greater comfort to users on the second floor and reduce the energy consumption of the air conditioning system.

The façade has high-performance glass with a solar factor, reducing heat in the internal environment, and the development has a photovoltaic system that provides even greater energy savings.

Leasing

The minimum lease area for the development will be 350 square meters. The building has a 2.6-meter ceiling height, 15 bicycle parking spaces, 2 elevators and 75 covered parking spaces, with preparation for the installation of electrical outlets for electric vehicles.

Lotus

In the market for three years, Lotus already has eight developments in its portfolio of launches and deliveries. “In such a short time, it has been gaining prominence for its new architectural proposals, creating trends and changing the market. Lotus operates in the construction, development, management and sales of real estate – with residential and commercial developments in Brasília and Miami (USA) – and its distinguishing feature is the delivery of residential and commercial buildings with original designs, construction quality, technology and sustainability”, highlights Ruy Hernandez.

“We see the construction market from a different perspective. Our premise is that each project, whether residential or commercial, will have its own identity. We want to leave a legacy for the cities where we operate”, points out Luiz Felipe Hernandez.

In addition to the projects carried out in the city, the construction company will deliver, by the end of the year, its first project outside Brazil, Up East, located in Miami, in the United States.
