The average age of Lotus employees is 33 years old and they are all specialized and have a high capacity for delivery. And, most importantly, they all believe in building in the best possible way, with kindness, concern for the environment, society and local communities.
This guideline comes from the heart of the company, the brothers, founding partners of Lotus, Ruy and Luiz Felipe Hernandez, who closely monitor all areas and operations, putting their soul into everything they do.
We have organized the company with strong and open-minded management. As a result, we are one of the first construction companies in Brasília to develop financial operations that were taken to the capital market, such as the CRI issued by more than 2,000 CPFs, who invested in our operation, which, in the near future, may follow with an IPO.
Since 2018, we have delivered five residential buildings and two corporate buildings, the new headquarters of the World Bank and the European Union Delegation in Brazil. This year, we have five projects under construction, including one of the largest corporate buildings in Latin America. We were included in the Forbs Under 30 list, were invited to be a Member of the USGBC and to participate in the panel at Money Week, one of the largest investment events in the country, organized by EQI.
