Lotus consolidates the Great Place to Work certification for 2023

Great Place To Work (GPTW) is a global consultancy that helps organizations achieve better results through a culture of trust, high performance, and innovation. The GPTW certification is a tool to understand a company from the perspective of the people who work there. The seal granted is the result of the evaluation by those who experience the work environment firsthand.

With the intention of providing high quality of life for employees in the workplace, Lotus has established policies and initiatives regarding labor relations, compensation, benefits, development, health, well-being, and safety. The construction company has also implemented internship and youth apprenticeship programs to encourage and create development opportunities for early-career professionals.

“Our human resources are the most valuable asset we have here at Lotus. Knowing that our employees recognize our company as a great place to work is truly gratifying,” celebrates Luiz Felipe Hernandez, CEO of Lotus.

Quality of Life for Employees

With the intention of providing a high quality of life for employees in the workplace, Lotus has established policies and initiatives covering labor relations, compensation, benefits, development, health, well-being, and safety. The construction company has also implemented internship and youth apprenticeship programs to encourage and create development opportunities for early-career professionals.

Lotus also invests in training and development, aiming to enhance human capital and ensure a well-prepared team. Alongside its suppliers, the company seeks to build partnerships through supplier selection and development processes.

Maintaining a good relationship with society is also a key principle. Lotus believes that education and culture are fundamental to social development and actively participates in awareness initiatives focused on the environment, culture, and sports.

For Ruy Hernandez, also a CEO at Lotus, receiving the “Great Place To Work” certification for the second time is proof that the construction and development company is on the right path to being among the best companies to work for in Brazil.

“For us, it is a great joy to know that our employees recognize Lotus as a special and welcoming place to work,” Ruy emphasizes, noting the strong bond of trust and mutual respect he maintains with his team.

Wil Bastos, Human Resources Director at Lotus, highlights that the GPTW Seal represents the consolidation of the company as an excellent workplace. “This certification reflects everyone’s commitment to creating a better work environment—where people feel engaged, motivated, and challenged to grow and pursue better results,” concludes the director.
