Institute Lotus action benefits workers’ children and reinforces support for education.
Lotus continues to strengthen its commitment to the well-being of its employees and their families. On Friday, the 30th, the construction company will deliver school supply kits to the children of workers employed at its construction sites, through the Institute Lotus. The initiative aims to value the workers and contribute to the education of the children, providing a more structured start to the school year.
In total, 184 employees, including workers and administrative staff, will be benefited, and 302 children will receive the school kits. The distribution will take place directly at Lotus construction sites and at the administrative headquarters, ensuring workers have easy access to the benefit.
The kits were carefully assembled to meet the needs of each age group, including notebooks, pencils, erasers, rulers, backpacks, and other essential items.
In addition to supporting children’s education, the initiative helps reduce family expenses, providing more peace of mind for Lotus employees.
“Lotus understands that the social impact of our actions goes beyond the construction site. Investing in the education of our employees’ children is a way to recognize the dedicated work of each one and to reinforce our commitment to social responsibility,” highlights Ruy Hernandez, partner at Lotus.
Gabriela Viana, Portfolio Director at Lotus and project lead at Instituto Lotus, emphasizes the importance of the initiative: “Our goal is to provide a smoother start to the school year for our employees’ families, ensuring their children have the necessary materials to study and grow.”
With this and other initiatives, Lotus reaffirms its mission to build not only innovative and sustainable developments but also a work environment that values people and strengthens communities.
