Initiative recognizes the commitment of teams and strengthens the construction company’s culture of appreciation
This Easter, Lotus delivered chocolate eggs to all of its employees — a symbolic action that reinforces the construction company’s care for those who are part of its daily lives. The initiative, already traditional in the company, seeks to strengthen the bonds of affection and recognition between teams.
The eggs were carefully delivered to construction sites, offices and other areas of the company, respecting the routines of each team. The gesture, although simple, was received with enthusiasm and affection by employees, who highlighted the importance of feeling remembered and valued on special dates. For many, it was more than just chocolate: it was recognition of a work environment where caring for people is a priority.
For Ruy Hernandez, partner at Lotus, actions like this carry a value that goes beyond the present. “We believe that small gestures make big differences. Distributing Easter eggs is our way of thanking and showing affection for each person who builds Lotus with us every day. We value achievements, efforts and, above all, the people who make it all happen,” he says.
Lotus’ culture goes beyond excellence in business — it is also reflected in its commitment to employee well-being. Actions such as the Easter one is in addition to other internal initiatives of the construction company, such as the Lotus Institute, which offers internal health and quality of life programs. All of this is part of the company’s mission to build not only great works, but also a human, welcoming and inspiring environment for everyone.
Lotus continues to promote a culture of human appreciation, with initiatives that encourage well-being, respect and a sense of belonging in all fronts of the company.
