Lotus has achieved yet another international recognition: the Iconic Awards 2025 – Innovative Architecture, a German design and architecture award considered one of the most prestigious in the world. The Lotus 903 project received an award in the category “Visionary and Unbuilt Architecture”, which honors concepts and proposals that, although not yet realized, point to innovative paths for the future of architectural design.
The evaluation of the projects took place in May 2025 and was conducted by an independent international jury composed of renowned experts in architecture, interior design, product design, brand communication, and media. The panel analyzed all submissions, compared proposals, and selected the winners based on innovation, originality, and contribution to the sector.
The awards ceremony took place on October 7, 2025, at the BMW Welt in Munich, bringing together leading figures in international architecture, including jurors, winners, members of the press, and industry experts. In addition, guests took part in exclusive lectures, networking opportunities, and presentations by the winners—an event that celebrated the ideas and trends shaping the future of global architecture.
Lotus 903 has become a landmark development, combining sophistication, sustainability, and innovation in every detail of its design. Located in Asa Sul, Brasília, the architectural project was developed by Crosara Arquitetura, in collaboration with director and set designer Bia Lessa, bringing an original and contemporary approach that values both the aesthetics and functionality of the spaces. The project’s quality and uniqueness led to its acquisition by ApexBrasil, which chose Lotus 903 to house its new headquarters — further reinforcing the development’s relevance on both national and international stages.
For Lotus, this recognition strengthens its positioning as a benchmark in authorial architecture, innovation, and commitment to sustainability.

The Iconic Awards 2025 position Lotus 903 among the most innovative projects on the global stage, reaffirming the company’s leading role in building a more creative and visionary urban future.
This is not the company’s first international accolade. In 2023, the Alma residential development, located in Noroeste, Brasília, won the Loop Design Awards, an international competition that honors outstanding architecture and design projects around the world. Out of 690 submissions from more than 50 countries, Alma was the grand winner in the category “Architecture | Multi-Unit Housing.”
That same year, Lotus also received recognition at the GRI Awards 2023, which highlight the country’s most relevant real estate projects across different segments. Lotus Prime was the grand winner in the “Corporate Project” category, establishing itself as a reference in innovation and impact within the sector. In total, around 400 projects were submitted across nine categories, evaluated through a rigorous process that considered social impact, sustainability, and ESG practices.
