Committed to fostering leisure, culture, and quality of life for the community, Lotus continues its initiatives at 402 Norte. After completing the full renovation of the neighborhood playground in March of this year, the company supported the launch of Feirinha Na Vizinhança (“Little Neighborhood Fair”), an event designed to bring residents together through gastronomy, handicrafts, and music. The first edition took place this Thursday (21).
“Our goal is to create opportunities for neighbors to get to know each other, exchange ideas, and strengthen community bonds. We have many long-time residents and elderly people in the neighborhood, and we want everyone to feel like an active part of the community,” said Claudia Cristina, vice-representative of the block.
The fair aligns directly with Lotus’s values: creating environments that encourage interaction and integration among people. The initiative also sought to give back to the community for any inconvenience that may have been caused by the construction of KASA, the company’s new development in the neighborhood.
“At Lotus, we believe our projects must go beyond the construction of buildings: they should promote well-being and strengthen the surroundings. We want initiatives like Feirinha Na Vizinhança to reflect this commitment to uniting architecture, nature, and people in a lighter and more connected everyday life,” explained Ruy Hernandez, Co-CEO of Lotus.
According to the event organizers, the fair will be held on the third Thursday of each month, encouraging the positive use of public spaces.
