Lotus Renews Great Place to Work Certification and Reaffirms Excellence in the Workplace

Company reinforces its commitment to an organizational culture built on trust, professional development, and valuing people

Building outstanding developments requires more than technical excellence. It requires engaged teams, inspiring leaders, and a workplace where people feel respected, valued, and motivated to grow. Lotus has reaffirmed this commitment by renewing its Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification, one of the world’s most recognized certifications in people management and workplace culture, valid for one year.

This year’s certification process was marked by an exceptional level of employee engagement. Among the Lotus employees who voluntarily participated in the assessment, 100% completed the survey, an indicator that reinforces the credibility of the process and the team’s strong commitment to the company’s culture. This edition of the survey exclusively evaluated the administrative team of Lotus.

The Great Place to Work assessment is conducted through a confidential survey consisting of 66 multiple-choice questions. The methodology measures employees’ perceptions across five key dimensions: credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.

In addition to these core pillars, the evaluation also examines leadership, ethics and integrity, internal communication, professional development and recognition, as well as diversity and inclusion, innovation, psychological safety, and overall workplace quality.

According to Wilkerson Bastos, Human Resources Director at Lotus, renewing the certification represents recognition of the company’s continuous efforts to strengthen its organizational culture.

“This certification confirms that we are building a workplace founded on trust, transparency, and respect. The improvement in our score demonstrates that investing in people delivers tangible results for both the company and its employees,” he explains.

Beyond recognizing best practices in people management, the Great Place to Work certification also strengthens an organization’s reputation in the marketplace. Certified companies tend to attract more qualified professionals, increase employee engagement, reduce talent turnover, and reinforce their employer brand among clients, partners, and investors.

For Ruy Hernandez, Co-CEO of Lotus, the achievement reflects an ongoing commitment to continuous improvement.

“At Lotus, we continue investing in an environment where people have opportunities to develop their potential, participate in decision-making, and take pride in being part of the organization. This translates into teams that are better prepared to deliver excellence in every project we undertake.”

Ongoing Development Initiatives

Over the past several years, Lotus has implemented a range of initiatives focused on professional development, strengthening internal communication, empowering leadership, and fostering a collaborative work environment. These efforts directly enhance the employee experience and contribute to consolidating a strong organizational culture aligned with the company’s core values.

This commitment is reflected in concrete development initiatives. One recent example is the Lotus Summit, an event organized by the company in July this year to bring together nationally recognized experts and thought leaders in management, brand positioning, and business intelligence.

In its inaugural edition, the event provided employees with an immersive experience covering topics such as leadership, communication, customer experience, and trends in the luxury real estate market. The Summit reinforced the company’s culture of continuous learning while preparing its teams for the challenges of an increasingly demanding industry. The initiative is part of Lotus’ broader strategy to invest in developing professionals capable of driving innovation, creating value, and strengthening the excellence that defines the company.
