Lotus secures Great Place To Work certification for 2023

Great Place To Work (GPTW) is a global consultancy that supports organizations in achieving better results through a culture of trust, high performance, and innovation. The GPTW certification is a tool to understand a company through the perspective of the people who work there. The seal awarded is the result of evaluations by those who experience the work environment firsthand.

With the goal of providing a high quality of life for its employees in the workplace, Lotus has established policies and initiatives regarding labor relations, compensation, benefits, professional development, health, well-being, and safety. The construction company has also implemented internship and apprenticeship programs to encourage and create development opportunities for early-career professionals.

“Our human resources are the most valuable asset we have at Lotus. Knowing that our employees recognize our company as a great place to work is extremely rewarding,” celebrates Luiz Felipe Hernandez, CEO of Lotus.

Quality of Life for Employees

In order to provide a high quality of life for its employees in the workplace, Lotus has put in place a range of policies and initiatives addressing labor relations, compensation, benefits, development, health, well-being, and safety. The company has also introduced internship and youth apprenticeship programs to encourage and foster opportunities for professionals at the beginning of their careers.

Lotus also invests in training and development programs aimed at enhancing human capital and building a well-prepared team. Together with its suppliers, the company seeks to establish partnerships based on strong relationships, selection processes, and supply chain development.

Maintaining a good relationship with society is also a core value. Lotus believes that education and culture are essential foundations for healthy social development and takes part in initiatives that raise awareness about the environment, culture, and sports.

For Ruy Hernandez, also a CEO at Lotus, receiving the Great Place To Work certification for the second time proves that the construction and real estate development company is on the right path to becoming one of the best companies to work for in Brazil.

“For us, it’s a great joy to know that our employees see Lotus as a special and welcoming place to work,” Ruy emphasizes, noting that he maintains a relationship of trust and deep respect with his team.

Wil Bastos, Lotus’s Human Resources Director, highlights that the GPTW Seal represents the company’s consolidation as an excellent workplace. “This certification reflects everyone’s effort to create a better work environment—where people feel engaged, motivated, and challenged to grow and achieve better results,” he concludes.
