23Lotus Prime was recognized in third place in the “Corporate Project” category. The Triple A building is the headquarters of the European Union Delegation in Brazil.

Lotus was one of the main highlights among the companies awarded at the GRI Awards 2023. At the ceremony held in São Paulo, the company won third place in the “Corporate Project” category for Lotus Prime, a Triple A commercial building that serves as the headquarters of the European Union Delegation in Brazil. Alan Gandelman, Lotus’s Director of Capital Markets and Institutional Relations, represented the company at the event.

The award recognized the most outstanding developments in each segment of the real estate market and celebrated the corporate building, designed by architect Julio Crosara and certified LEED Gold, indicating it meets the highest standards of sustainability and efficiency, demonstrating environmental excellence throughout the building’s lifecycle.

For Ruy Hernandez, founding partner of Lotus alongside his brother Luiz Felipe Hernandez, Lotus Prime carries the company’s DNA and reinforces the business’s development potential. “Receiving this recognition among real estate companies from all over the country is gratifying and confirms Lotus’s position as one of the market leaders, betting on environmentally and socially responsible governance. Lotus Prime is a complete building from an architectural standpoint and follows the highest international standards, which allowed us to establish such a relevant partnership by hosting the European Union in Brazil.”
