TV TST visit to the Lotus Tower construction site reinforces our commitment to life

Last Tuesday (March 31, 2026), the Lotus Tower construction site — our largest project currently under development, with more than 169,000 m² — welcomed the reporting team from Revista TST, a program broadcast on TV Justiça. The visit aimed to showcase best practices in occupational safety within the construction industry, reaffirming Lotus’s role as a benchmark in governance and care for people.
The Voice of Those Who Make a Difference
The report highlighted the daily routine and technical expertise of our team members:
● Michelle Dantas Cortês – Occupational Safety Technician – explained the strict operation of the elevators and the critical importance of the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), in accordance with the Regulatory Standards (NRs) governing the sector.

● Izael Bibiano De Lima – Rack-and-Pinion Elevator Operator – shared his on-site experience, demonstrating in practice how the use of equipment and adherence to protocols ensure a safe and efficient operation for everyone.

Commitment to “Zero Accidents”
Being featured by a media outlet linked to Brazil’s Superior Labor Court (TST) and the Supreme Federal Court (STF) reinforces our strong safety culture. At Lotus, we believe that the triple-A quality of our projects begins with absolute respect for the integrity of each of our employees.
Initiatives like this strengthen our pillars of transparency, ethics, and social responsibility, showing that, at Lotus, innovation always goes hand in hand with valuing people.
