Concepts of distinctive architecture, once seemingly distant from construction sites, have gained significant ground according to recent launches. The Alma development—designed and built by Lotus—was created specifically to meet each of these demands.

With construction in its final stages and 96% of the work completed, the project is located in the Noroeste sector, considered one of the most prestigious areas in the nation’s capital. The SQNW 106 block was chosen for its proximity to key local amenities such as bakeries and pharmacies. Just as important as the location, the apartments were designed to be both spacious and welcoming.

An exclusive project with only 24 units—four per floor—Alma features four-bedroom suites with 272 m², private elevators, four independent parking spaces (one with pre-installation for an electric vehicle charging station), and a private storage room. One of the development’s main highlights is its striking façade, made of ribbed exposed concrete, movable brise-soleils, and planters with native Cerrado plants. Common areas include a luxurious lobby, gym, kids’ playroom, gourmet space, and swimming pool.

When it comes to security, Alma is equipped with four surveillance cameras—one in each hallway, one at the vehicle entrance, and one at the service access point—with access to the footage available on every floor. The infrastructure is prepared for a CCTV system covering all common areas (including the front desk, garage entrance, inside elevators, and other strategic points), with a monitoring station in the guardhouse. Elevator access is controlled via biometric authentication, and the suites include panic buttons that alert the guardhouse.

Technology features include an automated irrigation system for the façade landscaping, rainwater reuse, and a hybrid solar water heating system with gas backup. There is also pre-installation for electric vehicle charging stations in the garage.
