Located in the Noroeste neighborhood, Alma offers apartments starting at 272.80 m² and a variety of leisure options.
The construction and development company Lotus has completed the Alma residential building, located in Noroeste. The occupancy permit (“Habite-se”) was issued at the end of February, and by March, buyers began receiving the keys to their apartments.
Noroeste is a high-end neighborhood surrounded by green areas such as Parque Burle Marx and Brasília National Park. It also boasts a privileged location, close to shopping malls, universities, schools, restaurants, and hospitals. Alma is located at SQNW 106, Block F.
“It’s a great joy for us to see a project like Alma completed and ready to move in. The location offers the comfort of all urban conveniences, safety, quality of life, and the tranquility of nature,” highlights Luiz Felipe Hernandez, one of the CEOs of Lotus.
There are 24 apartments in the building, with four units per floor, starting at 272.80 m². Each features four suites, a living room, private elevator, guest restroom, balcony, and up to five parking spaces.
Additionally, Alma offers a variety of leisure options, including a gourmet area, pool with bar support, a large open terrace with decks, a gym with Technogym equipment, and a playroom for families with children.
Lotus’s unique project was developed by the renowned architecture firms Valeria Gontijo + Arquitetos, Estrela Arquitetura, and Ana Paula Roseo Paisagismo. The building’s façade—made of ribbed exposed concrete, movable brise-soleils, and planters—represents a new concept in Brasília’s architectural landscape.
“Our team of architects draws inspiration from around the world to create modern developments like Alma. This vision of designing unique residences is present in all of our projects at Lotus,” says Ruy Hernandez, CEO of the company.
Founded in 2018, Lotus quickly made its mark by setting trends and establishing itself in the market. In 2021, the company completed the sale of its Lotus Corporate project to the World Bank. The commercial building has over 9,805 m² of built area and was fully customized to meet the institution’s layout and security needs.
Later that same year, partners Luiz Felipe Hernandez and Ruy Hernandez were featured in Forbes Brasil’s prestigious Under 30 list—the leading financial magazine worldwide. They stood out among young Brazilians under 30 who achieved extraordinary results in the industry and entrepreneurship sectors.
