The theme was at the center of discussions at Casa Technogym. Lotus’s CEO took part in the panel “Living and Living Well”

The concept of living well is increasingly associated with quality of life, comfort, and well-being. In the real estate market, wellness has been gaining space in the conception of developments and broadening the discussion of how architecture, services, and environments can respond to consumers’ new needs.
The theme was among the highlights of Casa Technogym, the company’s largest event in the country, held on August 26 and 27. The event brought together leaders and specialists from the wellness, health, architecture, hospitality, and business sectors to discuss longevity, behavior, technology, and new ways of living.
On the second day of the program, Lotus CEO Ruy Hernandez took part in the talk “Living and Living Well,” alongside Fabrício Lucchesi, of Hygge, and Marcelo Yunes, of Yuny Incorporadora.

For Hernandez, wellness is no longer just a complementary element — it has become part of how real estate projects are conceived.
“Wellness is one of Lotus’s pillars and is present in how we think about all of our developments. We seek to understand our clients’ needs and create spaces that contribute to well-being, comfort, and quality of life. Today, living well involves a broader experience, and it requires projects to keep pace with the changes in how people live and use spaces,” he says.

Over the course of the two days, Casa Technogym addressed topics such as the new meaning of well-being, the future of vitality, premium gyms, and the relationship between living and living well, in addition to fostering experiences and connections among professionals from different segments.
For Lotus, participating in this kind of discussion helps the company keep pace with shifts in consumer behavior and incorporate new demands into the development of its projects.
