Last week, the Tower marked a special moment: its first SIPAT, the Internal Workplace Accident Prevention Week. Every day of the event featured activities designed to reinforce a simple and essential idea: safety is a commitment shared by all, and every team member plays a vital role in looking out for one another.
The program brought together a talk, giveaways, games and a breakfast, in an atmosphere of closeness and good conversation among the teams. The meetings were light in form but deep in purpose: making prevention a natural part of the daily routine.
More than the schedule itself, what remained was a heightened awareness of the role workplace safety plays in the day-to-day life of the construction site. Every stage of a build depends on attention, responsibility and trust among the people who carry it out. When everyone looks after each other, the work flows better, and the result is more solid.
At Lotus, we believe that building well starts with those who build. That is why the Tower’s first SIPAT is not a finish line, but the beginning of a culture that will remain present in every day on site.
