Leadership, strategy, governance, innovation and people management are some of the topics that will be on the agenda next Wednesday (16), in the MOAI Talks chat, which will have the partner of the construction company Lotus, Luiz Felipe Hernandez, as one of the interviewees.
Featured in Forbes Under 30 of 2021, Luiz Felipe, a reference in entrepreneurship in the Federal Capital, has 12 years of experience in the real estate development sector.
Lotus, which began its operations in 2018, currently has an estimated annual revenue of R$ 310 million and several projects delivered in Brasília and also in Miami (USA).

The event will be held in Brasília, next Wednesday, at the Auditorium of the Íon Building and will be open to guests and members of the MOAI Strategic Council.
The idea of the event is to exchange experiences about the two’s successful business path and how they view having become known as some of the most promising young people in Brazil.
The chat will be moderated by Vinícius Postai, Founder of MOAI Disprutive Ideas, the largest private business network in Brasília, with over 450 active entrepreneurs.

Luiz Felipe Hernandez – Fobers Under 30, is a partner with his brother Ruiy Hernandes in the construction company Lotus. The businessman has been working in the real estate development sector for 12 years. Innovation and sustainability are the businessman’s priorities.
Lotus operates in the construction, development, management and sales of real estate – with residential and commercial developments in Brasília and Miami (USA) – and its distinguishing feature is the delivery of residential and commercial buildings with original architecture, construction quality, technology and sustainability.
In total, the company has 317,000m²: 57,000m² of which have already been built; 34,000m² under construction and 226,000m2 pending approval.
