With a world champion and a silver medalist, our athletes showed at ADCC 2026 what happens when preparation, discipline, and purpose come together.
In Kraków, Poland, the ADCC 2026 mats brought together the world’s top grappling athletes. Among them were six athletes supported by Lotus, led by Roberto Cyborg, our ambassador in the sport.
The results matched the level of preparation. Jasmine Rocha claimed the world title. Roosevelt Sousa won silver in his division. And every other athlete in the delegation competed with the commitment we recognize as the Lotus Spirit: the courage to step onto the mat, the resilience to stay the course, and respect for every opponent.
Why Jiu-Jitsu
At Lotus, we believe that building is a long-term endeavor. A building rises brick by brick, through method, precision, and patience. An athlete does too. Every training session lays a foundation, every defeat teaches a lesson, and every achievement is born from a routine that no one sees.
That is why we see jiu-jitsu as a tool for transformation. It teaches us how to handle pressure, make clear decisions, and come back stronger after a fall. These are values that shape people both on and off the mat, and that directly connect with the way we think about the city and the future.
An investment in people
Supporting these athletes is a decision that reflects who we are. Investing in sport means investing in journeys, in discipline, and in examples that inspire.
“Jiu-jitsu has a lot in common with what we do at Lotus: it requires preparation, consistency, and respect for the process. Supporting these athletes means investing in people who, through discipline and courage, build something greater than a victory. Seeing Jasmine standing at the top of the podium, wearing our brand on her rash guard, is a source of great pride for all of us.” Ruy, CEO of Lotus.
Every rash guard bearing our brand in Kraków carried more than a logo: it carried the conviction that sport builds character, and character builds everything that comes next.
Congratulations to Jasmine, Roosevelt, and the entire delegation. You represented Lotus and Brazil at the highest level and reminded us that great achievements begin with those willing to do the invisible work.
This is only the beginning.
