We establish a constant dialogue with the communities surrounding our projects, seeking solutions that generate positive impacts, such as job creation, improvements in local infrastructure and the promotion of social initiatives that contribute to the socioeconomic development of the region, such as the renovation of parks and support for institutions that help those most in need.

We create educational and cultural support programs for our employees and their families, such as "Canteiro do Saber", a project that installs libraries on all construction sites and distributes school materials to school-age children. In addition, we offer support for university programs, such as lectures and visits to our construction sites. We believe that education transforms lives.

The Lotus Institute promotes monthly actions aimed at all employees, with the aim of improving integration between participants and the quality of the work environment, promoting everyone's well-being. We highlight 'Lotus Talks', an event that features lectures on relevant topics, and 'Lotus in Movement', an initiative that encourages the practice of physical activities and health care.

The Lotus Institute operates in a network, supporting sports programs, city athletes and initiatives for employees. One example is the Lotus Cup, an annual football championship with men's and women's teams formed by employees.
